Carl Shank
Executive Pastor

Just joining the Cross Roads staff in September 2007, Carl’s (top left) duties include staff oversight and development, chairing church board and congregational meetings, strategic planning, leadership training, website development and assisting the senior pastor with preaching and teaching. Carl has come to the church with over 30 years of pastoral leadership expertise. He is also a church consultant with ChurchSmart Resources, Inc. out of the Chicago area using natural church development (NCD). Pastor Carl and his wife, Nancy, have three adult children and four grandchildren.
Rick Mailloux
Senior Pastor

Rick (top center) has served at Cross Roads Church since 1998 and has over 25 years pastoral experience. Rick is responsible for most of the corporate preaching and teaching, pastoral care, and to lead in setting the "big picture" vision for the church. Teaching the word of God is the passion of Rick's heart. As a speaker he is committed to teaching with accuracy, clarity, practicality, and transparency. For fun Rick enjoys basketball, golf, hiking, reading, traveling, and "the beach". Pastor Rick and his wife, Bonnie, have three adult children.
Dwight Gehman
Director of Youth Ministries

Dwight (top right) has been working in the youth ministry field for the past 2 years. Dwight has a passion to see youth become sold out for God. He graduated from Lancaster Mennonite High School in 2002 and attended Rosedale Bible College. He enjoys playing sports, playing the guitar, spending time with his family, going to the beach, and hanging out with the youth. Dwight and his wife, Allison, have been married since 2004, and have a daughter, Madelyn.
Miriam Sollenberger

Miriam (bottom left) has served the Cross Roads Church as secretary for twenty years. She enjoys walking in the outdoors. Her hobbies are plants, crafts, knitting and crocheting. She grew up in a Christian home and has attended church all her life. Besides her position in the church office, Miriam enjoys singing in the choir, teaching in the children’s elementary department, and helps with other volunteer opportunities. Miriam and her husband, Charles, have been married for 35 years, and are the parents of three children, and grandparents of two.
Gloria (Glo) Shirk

Glo (bottom left center) has been assisting part-time in the Church Office since 2004. When she has free time, she enjoys baking, reading, playing table games, and making cards. You can usually find flavored coffee and chocolate somewhere in her daily routine. Right after graduation from Lancaster Mennonite High School, Glo worked as a dental assistant for nine years. She has been married to her husband John since 1988 and they have two school age sons living at home. She cherishes time spent with family and friends.
Allison Gehman

Allison (bottom right center) has a love and passion for teaching children about God. Allison graduated from Millersville University in 2006, with degrees in Elementary and Special Education, as well as a certificate in ESL. She directed the Summer Rec. program at Cross Roads BIC for five years. Allison has been teaching 4th grade at Hershey Elementary since 2007, and has come on board as the Children’s ministry director in March of 2010. A few goals Allison has for the children’s ministry at Cross Roads include leading and supporting children in their journey to a lasting relationship with Christ, creating a fun and safe environment for children to bring their friends, and teaching children how to share Jesus with their classmates, family, and friends. Allison has been married to her best friend, Dwight, since 2004 and they had a beautiful daughter, Madelyn, in 2008.
Jeff Rickabaugh

Jeff (bottom right) has been doing youth ministry for over 12 years. In 2000 Jeff graduated from Lancaster Bible College with a Bachelor of Science in Bible as a youth ministry major. Since then he has served as full time staff at Cross Roads. Having worked with Youth Ministries for 9 years, Jeff has recently felt a call to Worship Ministries. We are thrilled to have his talents and gifts in the area of worship. Jeff and his wife Karen have two girls, Abigail and Lillian. Jeff enjoys playing sports, music, grilling, cheering for the Phillies, and spending time with his family.
